Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of service. No shows will be charged 100% of service. A $20 deposit is required for all Full Set appointments and Foreign Fills. This deposit is non refundable and will go towards your appointment. If you need to reschedule, your deposit is transferable up to (2) times. After (2)reschedules a new deposit will be needed. All appointments have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled with a new deposit. Multiple late appointments will result in a late fee of $20.
